We have just received planning consent in Tufnell Park Conservation Area for a loft extension. The conservation area guidelines are particularly strict regarding rear alterations, with the original sloping chimney stacks as an important characteristic of rear elevation on the street. The design proposal negotiated with the planning and conservation officer meets all their requirements without compromising on the quality of architectural design.
We are now looking forward to working with the many original features of the house and to progressing this project on site.
